Endurable Fasteners was formed to address a long-standing problem in safety-critical bolted joints: we rely on a never before seen design change, further advantaged by measurement not on inference, to assure joint integrity.
Across sectors such as wind, rail, energy, aerospace, and civil infrastructure, bolted joints are fundamental — yet preload, relaxation, and fatigue are typically assumed rather than directly understood in service.
Endurable exists to change that.
Why We Exist
Traditional bolting methods focus on how a bolt is tightened, not on what the joint is actually experiencing over time.
This creates three persistent issues:
- Preload is inferred from torque, not measured
- Joint condition becomes invisible once installed
- Degradation is discovered late — often after damage has occurred
Endurable was established to bring measurement, insight, and confidence back into the joint itself.
